1. Do you offer OEM service
Yes, we started from OEM, and customize as per buyer requirement.
2. What is the lead time?
It depends on quants and models, basically we can finish bulk order within 35 days. Exact lead time shall be confirmed before order confirmation.
3. Do you offer free sample?
Not always. We need to eveluate first. We will refund or reduct the sample cost late of the buyer place order after sample test.
4. What is the product warranty?
We offer one year limited warranty for all Panvotech prodcuts.
5. Have your product been certified by CE/FCC?
Yes, our wireless products have been certified by CE & FCC
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
